All products sold by Quill & Summit are digital products and are delivered electronically. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship any physical products.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected digital product at the price displayed during checkout.

All payments must be successfully completed before work begins.

Payments are securely processed by our authorized payment providers (which may include Verifone / 2Checkout, PayPro Global, or similar checkout services shown at the time of purchase). Quill & Summit does not store your payment card information.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To complete your order, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including employment history, education, certifications, achievements, skills, and any additional details requested during the writing process.

You are responsible for reviewing all completed documents before using them.

Quill & Summit is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

5. Delivery

All orders are fulfilled digitally. Completed documents are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout or through another agreed electronic delivery method.

No physical products are shipped, mailed, or delivered.

Estimated delivery times are displayed on our website or communicated during the ordering process and begin once all required information has been received.

Delivery may be delayed if:

Required information is missing.
Additional clarification is needed.
Revision requests significantly change the original scope.
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect production.

6. Revisions

Where included in your purchased package, revisions are provided to refine your documents based on the information originally supplied.

Requests that introduce substantial new information, additional work experience, career changes, or significant scope changes may require an additional fee.

7. Refunds

Because our products are personalized digital documents created specifically for each customer, refunds are generally not available after work has begun or after completed files have been delivered.

Before work begins: If you cancel in writing before drafting has started and before any deliverable has been provided, you may request a refund of the purchase price (less any non-refundable payment-processor fees, if applicable).
After work has begun or files are delivered: Fees are generally non-refundable. We will fulfill any revision rights included in your package.
No outcome-based refunds: Dissatisfaction with job-search results alone is not grounds for a refund.

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us athello@quillandsummit.com with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the same payment provider used at checkout.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, layouts, templates, and original materials, is the property of Quill & Summit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon successful delivery, customers receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the documents prepared specifically for them.

Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit our website content, templates, or proprietary materials without prior written permission.

Quill & Summit provides professional writing and career branding assistance intended to improve the presentation of your qualifications.

We do not guarantee employment, job interviews, recruiter responses, job offers, salary increases, immigration outcomes, or visa approvals. Employment outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including qualifications, experience, market conditions, employer requirements, and applicant competition.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quill & Summit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
