Scope of work
Each package lists exactly what is included. Work begins once payment is received and you have returned the completed intake questionnaire. Turnaround times are measured from that point, not from the date of purchase.
Revisions
Revisions are unlimited within the window stated on your package, and cover refinement of the agreed scope. A change of target role or industry after delivery is treated as new work.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your first draft, tell us within seven days and we will revise it or refund the fee at our discretion. Refunds are not available once revisions have been accepted and files delivered in final form.
Results
We write documents that compete strongly, but hiring decisions are made by employers. No interview or job offer can be guaranteed by any resume service, including this one.
